Delivery

Screen prints and art prints are made in different places, so they travel in different ways.

Two kinds of print, two ways of shipping

  • Screen prints are posted by me from south London, rolled in a tube or flat in a box, usually within 2 working days of your order.
  • Art prints are printed to order by my print partner, as close to you as possible (its network covers more than 30 countries), and posted straight to you.
Where you are Screen prints Art prints
United Kingdom Free; 2–4 working days after dispatch Free
Europe €6, free on orders of €100 or more; 3–5 working days after dispatch Free
United States and Canada $7, free on orders of $100 or more; 3–17 working days after dispatch Free
Rest of the world £15 by courier, free on orders of £120 or more; 5–8 working days after dispatch Free

Art prints take a few working days to print, then a few more to arrive. In the UK, Europe, the US and Canada most orders arrive within about a week; elsewhere it can take longer.

Customs and import charges

Screen prints are posted from the UK. Outside the UK, your country may charge import VAT or duty, and the carrier may add a handling fee, when the parcel arrives; these are not included in the price. Art prints for the UK, Europe, the US and Canada are normally printed in the same region, so they usually arrive without import charges.

Packaging

Screen prints travel rolled in a sturdy postal tube or flat in a rigid box. Art prints are packed by the printer; framed art prints arrive ready to hang.

Tracking

Most parcels are sent tracked. When yours has a tracking number, you get the link by email as soon as it is on its way. If you order a screen print and an art print together, they arrive separately, each with its own email.

If something arrives damaged

Take a photo and email it to magda@magbrol.studio, and I will send a replacement at no extra cost. Screen prints are limited editions, so if the edition has sold out I will refund you instead. Returns are covered in the refund policy.
