My studio wall...

      • Hey! I'm Magda. I'm an illustrator of things...

      • This is Diego, my napping sidekick and inspiration.

      • I illustrate children's books. It's a perfect job - I can never grow up (although I sometimes must...)

      • Person working with yellow ink in a printmaking studio

I recently fell in love with screen printing... I've got lots of ideas and not enough time, but I make sure to print at least once a week.

      • I always paint my stencils - working with black ink is the best.

      • If I was to choose my favourite colours, I'd probably go with these...

      • And if I could skate everywhere I would. Otherwise there's always my bike. I find driving really boring...

      • I'm represented by Mark at The Plum Agency.

So far I've worked with Hachette Children's, Bloomsbury, Oxford University Press, Little Tiger Press, Zephyr, Usborne, Scallywag Press, Papilon (Poland), Saltimbanque Éditions (France) and Wydawnictwo Literatura (Poland). Please check out my book illustration portfolio here.

      • Here's my INSTAGRAM with more updates. Have fun!

      About my screen prints:

All my screen prints are original, hand-pulled fine art screen prints. I only use professional grade water-based inks. Each piece is designed by me, individually pulled, signed, and numbered in a strictly limited editions. Because every print is created entirely by hand using traditional studio methods, minor variations in colour and texture may occur, making each print completely unique.

      • Materials: Printed using professional-grade, non-toxic, water-based artist inks on archival, acid-free 300gsm or 240gsm paper.
      • Regulatory Note: These screen prints are original work of art (exempt from EU General Product Safety Regulation tracking framework) and are intrinsically safe for residential display.
